3. Eligibility

You must have the legal right to authorize your TikTok account for posting and comply with TikTok's Terms, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your authorization tokens secure.
• Ensure your content complies with applicable laws and third‑party rights.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass rate limits, or engage in abuse or spam.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload or publish. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content to TikTok solely to provide the service you requested.

6. API & Rate Limits

Your usage is subject to TikTok API limitations. We may throttle or suspend access to protect the service or comply with TikTok’s policies.

7. Termination

You may revoke access at any time via TikTok account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or for security/compliance reasons.

8. Disclaimers

Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or content takedowns by TikTok.

9. Governing Law

Laws of Thailand apply, unless required otherwise by local law.
